Melbourne, en Australie, du 11 au 15 octobre 1999. Cette conf?rence a ?t? organis?e conjointement avec l?Organisation mondiale de la sant? (OMS) et l? Organisation mondiale du commerce (OMC). Ont particip? ? la conf?rence 353 d?l?gu?s, dont les repr?sentants de 75 pays et des observateurs provenant de 26 organisations internationales gouvernementales et non gouvernementales (la liste des participants se trouve ? l?Annexe III).
