Excerpt: The meeting of the Compact Council was called to order at 9:00 a.m. on May 2, 2001, in the Holiday Inn Hotel and Conference Center Old Town, Scottsdale, Arizona, by Compact Council Chairman Wilbur Rehmann. Ms. Cathy Morrison, Interim FBI Compact Officer, called roll of the Compact Council members. The following Compact Council members, or their proxies, were in attendance.
